Am I crazy, or did this happen on Bodyshaping

Hey crew,

I distinctly remember an episode of this older fitness show called Bodyshaping that featured Kiana Tom and Rick Valente. There was a segment where Kiana and some other girls were doing crunches or push-ups, (stuff that had them on the ground), and Rick ran in with this feathery looking plant and started tickling the girls as "motivation" for them to workout harder.

The next segment was a cardio/step class with Kendall Hogan, and Kiana asked him where his feather was. Hogan commented he won't use a feather he'll use a hammer. After the cardio segment was done, the show broke for commercial i believe, then when it came back the girls were all in camera for their usual "see you next time Bodyshapers" send off, but instead Kiana asks "Has anybody seen Rick?" and then the camera pans down to show Valente tied up in resistance bands, gagged, and that feathery plant stroking his face. I also think Kiana had one foot placed on his back.

Does anybody else remember this, or shoot I just call the folks with the nice jacket with the extra long arms.
