Looking for the source of this clip found in the wild

I've never seen it before until now: youtube .com/watch?v=eFA9BdGNuH0 - remove the space. (Age restricted video)

So it's either amateur or from some old store I've never heard of before (which would be shocking given how long I've been watching tickling vids).

Hope someone can help me out here.
